Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms govern the sale of the paid subscriptions offered on Reliquarium. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern subscriptions to Reliquarium's paid plans: "Supporter" (for organisations) and "Légende" (for players). They apply to any order placed remotely on the site and are provided to the consumer before the contract is concluded.

2. Seller

The service is published and sold by Boussard Quentin EI, sole trader (French micro-entreprise).
Address: 3 rue Platon, 75015 Paris, France
SIREN number: 818 076 580 (SIRET: 818 076 580 00039)
VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI.
Email: contact@reliquarium.fr

3. Essential features of the services

Reliquarium offers digital subscriptions granting access to extended features: "Supporter" for organisations (unlimited events, custom SVG maps, advanced statistics, etc.) and "Légende" for players (profile customisation, advanced statistics, etc.). The details of each plan's features are presented on the "Plans" page before any order.

4. Pricing

Current prices are shown on the "Plans" page. Prices are in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI). The applicable price is the one displayed and confirmed at the time of order. A limited-time launch offer at a reduced rate may be available.

5. Order and payment

Subscription is completed online after signing in with Discord or Google. Payment is processed by our provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.); no banking data is retained by Reliquarium. The order is finalised when the consumer confirms payment after having read and accepted these Terms of Sale. A receipt is available via the Stripe customer portal.

6. Performance of the service

As the service is entirely digital, access to the subscription features is activated immediately after payment confirmation, and within 24 hours at the latest. No physical delivery takes place.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

Monthly plan: automatically renewed each month until cancelled. Cancellable at any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and ends future renewals.
Quarterly and biannual plans: a single payment covering the chosen period, with no automatic renewal. Access ends at the end of the period.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract, with no need to give a reason.
How to exercise it: (i) using the model withdrawal form (article 9), or (ii) by any unambiguous statement sent to contact@reliquarium.fr.
As the service is digital with no physical medium, no return shipping costs apply.
If you withdraw within this period, the subscription is cancelled and all amounts paid are refunded to you, using the same means of payment, no later than 14 days after we receive your request.

9. Model withdrawal form

(Please complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

10. Legal guarantees

The consumer benefits from the following legal guarantees:
— the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), applicable in particular to digital content and services (art. L224-25-1 et seq.);
— the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
To invoke them: contact@reliquarium.fr. No specific commercial warranty is offered.

11. Refunds

Outside the right of withdrawal (article 8), amounts paid for the current period are not refundable. Cancellation prevents any further charge (monthly plan). In the event of a major malfunction attributable to the service, a pro-rata refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

12. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Reliquarium makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous access but cannot be held liable for interruptions (maintenance, host outage, force majeure). Features may evolve over time.

13. Insurance, financial guarantees and codes of conduct

The provision of this digital service does not require any specific insurance or financial guarantee (not applicable). The seller is not bound by any particular code of conduct within the meaning of article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code.

14. Personal data

The processing of personal data is detailed in the privacy policy ("Privacy" page). For billing, payment data is processed by Stripe as a processor. The legal basis for processing subscribers' data is the performance of this contract.

15. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint may be sent to contact@reliquarium.fr. In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge: Société de la Médiation Professionnelle (SMP), https://www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction. Before taking legal action, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator (article 15).
